No one can terrorize your fanciful visions of an older England faster than Charles Dickens. Eric and I have been enjoying our episodes of the 2008 (BBC) miniseries "Little Dorrit." So many familiar faces among the actors! We have seen three episodes now, and we're pretty enthralled. The first episode was fairly confusing--there are so many storylines. We wonder how they'll weave together in the end. Right now, there's a tacit-to-no relationship between several of the characters. We ask ourselves about Tattycoram, (Harriet), about Miss Wade (who mysteriously pops up all the time) and about the French villain, Rigaud.
